Protocol was established in 2004 and is led by Yossi Levy and Haim Eida, two industry professionals with over 30 years of combined experience who have achieved an impeccable reputation for excellence. They are dedicated to providing effective, high-quality finance solutions to property investors interested in raising capital for development projects, investments, private banking arrangements for high net worth individuals and any other property financing requirements.
Protocol specialises in providing bespoke property finance solutions across most property sectors. Over the years our skills have allowed us to build an extensive network of lenders both institutional and private. This network allows us to assist our clients in obtaining the most competitive loan and financing options and ensures that we provide a suitable, tailor-made property finance solution every time. We carefully guide our clients throughout every step of the process, from compiling the necessary information through to receipt of funds and comprehensive post completion service to assist with the lender.

Haim Eida – Director
He first joined Topland Group Plc and then Southern Funding in the West End where he specialised in structured finance providing bespoke solutions to professional investors and developers.
In 2004 he joined forces with Yossi to co-found Protocol Finance.
Yossi Levy – Consultant
In 1991 he was approached to manage Fibi Bank Plc in the City later serving also as a director in the Swiss subsidiary of the bank in Zurich.
On his retirement from the bank in 2002, he represented a group of investors in numerous property projects acting as a principal. In 2004 he co-founded Protocol Finance.
